Ring the apartment with the right number: if it's Balmes 109, punch "Pral.1a", if it's Balmes 188 punch "Pral.2a". In Spain, "Pral.", Principal, is the apartment before the first floor. When they buzz you in, take the lift or the stairs to "Pral." floor (NOT the 1o or 2o, first or second floor respectively).
